The role spans a large surface area from frameworks and tooling to build systems, CI, testing, and AI automations, maintaining and evolving core libraries that underlie most of the Airbnb iOS app.

5-9+ years of industry experience in software development.
Experience building reliable developer tooling in Go.
Experience working with Ruby and maintaining or improving existing tooling.
Experience leveraging Agentic AI to improve software development workflows and drive large scale migrations.
Experience identifying and addressing inefficiencies in AI agent workflows to improve execution time, token efficiency, reliability, and quality.
Experience working in medium- to large-scale codebases.
iOS development experience in Swift, including building applications, libraries, and frameworks.

Ability to travel to the San Francisco office for about a week each quarter for gatherings.
Position is US - Remote Eligible.
