Own the end-to-end development and technical success of significant features within a product module.
Design, build, and evolve scalable SaaS applications using .NET/C#, REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL, and Flutter/React.
Resolve technical ambiguity and drive estimation and planning for assigned work.
Design components with clear interfaces, extensibility, and testability.
Lead technical design reviews for owned features.
Drive testing standards and contribute to test automation infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance requirements, including threat modeling.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to deliver customer-centric features.
Own production health, including monitoring, alerts, dashboards, and incident response.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools for design, implementation, debugging, and documentation.

5–7 years of experience designing and building enterprise-scale SaaS applications using .NET/C#, REST APIs, and SQL Server/NoSQL.
Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Flutter or React.
3+ years of experience building highly available, scalable, distributed cloud services (AWS or Azure).
Strong system design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience using modern AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) in a production environment.
Strong engineering judgment to critically review AI-generated code regarding security, performance, and data integrity.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously evolving product organization.
