The Senior Solutions Architect will drive the technical and consumption strategy for a major life science account within the Benelux region.
This role involves serving as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders while leading complex architecture engagements involving data, analytics, and AI.
The position requires a blend of deep technical expertise and pre-sales leadership to influence platform adoption and revenue growth.

Drive the technical and consumption strategy for complex customer engagements.
Own senior-level technical relationships as a trusted advisor on enterprise data and AI strategy.
Lead complex architecture engagements including multi-workload platforms, migrations, and AI/ML at scale.
Develop and execute competitive strategies to position Databricks against incumbent platforms.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams including delivery specialists, partners, and product teams.
Coach and develop junior engineers and architects on technical depth and customer engagement.
Contribute to field engineering thought leadership through workshops and content creation.

8+ years of experience in a global/cross-region, multi-architect account team.
Experience combining solutions architecture, principal engineering, and technical pre-sales leadership.
Strong hands-on coding proficiency in Python and SQL.
Deep expertise in enterprise data architecture, including distributed systems, streaming, and lakehouse design patterns.
Expert-level knowledge of modern data and AI platforms.
Executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
Proven track record of driving consumption growth and platform adoption in large accounts.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a quantitative discipline.
