- Felix is seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond Hill, ON.
- The role involves supporting the pharmacy team with packaging, labeling, inventory management, and customer tracking updates.
Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy team with packaging and labeling of prescriptions in preparation for daily pickup by courier at scheduled time
- Keep record of all shipping supplies and promotional materials and re-order supplies as needed
- Provide tracking updates to users and act as a point of contact for managing returned packages and resolving transit delays
- Maintain a communication bridge with the customer service team and escalate issues when necessary
- Perform other administrative and clerical work and ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- At least 18+ years of age with a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Remarkable attention to detail as it relates to packaging and labelling, inventory management and quality control
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Exhibit a high level of flexibility and adaptability
- Respect for Health & Safety procedures and protocols, and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for colleagues
- Fluent in English
