About the role
- The Software Engineer for the AI Teammates Experience team will build engaging product surfaces and interaction patterns for AI agents that collaborate with human teams.
- This role involves full-stack development to enable users, teams, and admins to discover, interact with, and manage autonomous AI teammates.
- The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn AI capabilities into intuitive, high-impact product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Drive full-stack development of systems and product surfaces that enable users to guide and work alongside AI Teammates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, design, and platform teams to turn AI capabilities into intuitive product surfaces.
- Contribute to the next generation of interaction patterns for AI, including conversational flows and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Develop experiences that maintain context over time and build user trust.
- Apply empathetic product judgment and rapid experimentation to iterate on features.
- Ensure high quality, usability, and measurable impact of AI-driven features.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working across the stack within large, well-maintained codebases.
- Experience building product features in complex technical domains.
- Track record of working with a team to scope and deliver impactful features.
- Ability to bring structure, judgment, and collaboration to evolving AI/product challenges.
- Experience working in a highly cross-functional environment with product, design, and engineering partners.
- Clear communication and effective collaboration skills across functions.
