About the role
- The Software Engineer, AI will contribute to the development of next-generation AI and GenAI-based products and solutions.
- This role involves the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of SaaS technologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the entire AI development lifecycle including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Research and experiment with state-of-the-art generative AI techniques to improve model performance.
- Review code developed by other developers and provide feedback adhering to coding guidelines.
- Report bugs and errors to development teams.
- Evaluate product code according to specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product management on requirements to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software in production.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development, practices, and design patterns.
- Related experience in AI development.
- Expertise in Python, FastAPI, PyTest, and Celery.
- Hands-on experience with object-oriented programming, concurrency, design patterns, and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Terraform and GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- Experience with databases including SQL and NoSQL (MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres).
- Experience with AWS and MS Azure.
- Understanding of working in a DevOps model.
