Work across three subscription programmes: DashPass, Deliveroo Plus, and Wolt+.
Work closely with engineering teams across the US and Europe as part of the Global Subscription organisation.
Build with AI agents and treat agentic coding as a core engineering discipline.
Own features end-to-end, from the idea through production.
Design workflows where AI agents handle entire task loops, from spec to PR.
Build internal tooling and abstractions that make AI-assisted development faster and more reliable for the whole team.
Drive projects forward and communicate clearly across teams and time zones.

Strong engineering fundamentals with experience building and shipped software that runs at scale.
Understanding of testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
Genuine enthusiasm for AI-first development and daily use of AI tools.
Ownership mentality to drive projects forward and communicate clearly across teams and time zones.
Collaborative instincts to work across consumer mobile, web, backend, and data disciplines.
