The Payment Operations Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of Coda’s payment processes within the B2B Operations organization.
This is a 6-month contract role based in the Philippines, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position.

Own day-to-day preparation and delivery of complete, accurate, and timely payout reports.
Gather transaction data and validate inputs to identify discrepancies or data issues.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify root causes and drive resolution.
Support new business activation and continuity by coordinating with payment providers on title approvals and KYC activities.
Gather required documents and info from internal teams and track progress.
Manage follow-ups and records with internal and external stakeholders to maintain accurate approval logs.
Coordinate access requests by validating required information and approvals.
Maintain operational documentation, including reports, trackers, and records.
Drive process improvements by identifying recurring issues and supporting process enhancements.
Assist with setting up and maintaining new payment operations processes and controls.

Based in the Philippines and able to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks based on urgency and business impact.
Comfortable creating, maintaining and working with data, operational trackers, and structured processes.

Experience in payment operations, financial operations, fintech, e-commerce, or related operational roles.
