About the role
- Shape the Future of Financial Services with Capco as a Business Analyst - Procurement.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, Invoicing, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable.
Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, Invoicing, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable.
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Technology.
- Support data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare.
- Track risks, defects and dependencies and drive issue resolution.
- Support process documentation, training and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- A successfully completed university degree
- Fluent English
- Good understanding of end-to-end P2P and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/AP
- Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba and integrations (CIG, APIs, IDocs)
- Experience with Agile delivery, testing and deployment
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Awareness of automation and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot
Preferred qualifications
- German is a big advantage
