About the role
- The Sr. Business Recruiter will own full-cycle hiring for customer-facing and go-to-market teams including Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- This role involves partnering with hiring managers to define roles, build candidate pipelines, and manage the offer process.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for Implementation Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Marketing roles.
- Run intake meetings with hiring managers to define profiles, must-haves, interview loops, and scorecards.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, communities, and targeted outreach.
- Screen candidates for skill, fit, technical aptitude, and client-facing judgment.
- Coordinate interview loops and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage offers end to end including compensation benchmarking, negotiation, and closing.
- Track funnel metrics such as time to fill, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Improve recruiting processes, job descriptions, and interview training as the team scales.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Track record hiring for customer-facing or go-to-market roles.
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort reaching out to passive candidates.
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
- Hands-on experience with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Clear, warm communication and excellent organization.
- Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-moving, scaling environment.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous hiring experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Experience hiring for marketing roles such as product marketing, demand gen, content, or brand.
- Experience building a recruiting function at an early-stage or high-growth startup.
