The Client Success Strategy and Operations Senior Analyst will help define and optimize the operations of the Client Success and Services organization.
This role bridges the gap between client success vision and the people, processes, and systems used to deliver it.
The position involves cross-functional collaboration across CS, Services, Sales, and R&D to drive alignment and long-term client success.

Develop strategies and operational frameworks to improve health scoring, net revenue retention, and team utilization and capacity planning.
Develop, define, and maintain KPIs and performance metrics for the Client Success organization.
Enable decision-making for CS leadership through reporting, dashboards, and clear communication of strategy and operational performance.
Design and document scalable CS processes and playbooks.
Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of new processes.
Support the development and scaling of the Services business by identifying operational requirements and building frameworks for service delivery.
Inform go-to-market and resourcing decisions.
Take ownership of cross-functional projects, including creating plans, tracking milestones, and managing dependencies.

3–5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or CS/revenue operations at a fast-paced SaaS company.
Proven track record translating ambiguous, complex operational challenges into concise and impactful executive level communication.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to influence without authority and engage with senior stakeholders.
Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship.
