Work across multiple legal areas including vendor contracts, sales agreements, and data protection.
Research risk factors and provide proactive, clear guidance to leadership, translating complex legal issues into actionable advice.
Draft complex agreements, build relationships of trust with external parties and regulators, and train internal teams on legal best practices.

Admitted to practice law in your jurisdiction with the ability to obtain in-house registration in Nebraska within 6 months of hiring.
At least six years of experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
Possess a project management mindset to build scalable processes and templates.
Have a strong understanding of how legal principles apply to modern SaaS businesses and be comfortable using Microsoft Office.
Demonstrate exceptional writing skills and the ability to coach and mentor junior staff and non-attorney colleagues.

Tech industry experience navigating the legal landscape of a high-growth technology company.
Global perspective with experience working with international teams or coordinating with local counsel across different geographic regions.
