Partner with Finance and Business Technology to align reporting needs and architecture.
Improve pipeline efficiency, automation, and technical debt management.

8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related field.
1+ year of experience directly managing analytics or data engineering teams.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, dbt, modern ELT pipelines (e.g., Fivetran), SQL, and data modeling.
Experience using AI tools for analytics development and delivery.
Experience building or improving a semantic layer, metrics governance process, or shared metric definitions.
Experience with BI or analytics tools such as Tableau or Hex.
Experience helping non-technical stakeholders use data with confidence.
Track record of building or strengthening collaborative teams.
Experience supporting Finance or executive reporting and familiarity with SaaS revenue metrics.
