The Staff Product Designer for Design Systems will lead the evolution and adoption of design components across Airwallex's digital products.
This role involves auditing existing patterns, establishing reusable definitions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and efficiency.

Conduct audits to gather use cases and UX patterns across digital products.
Create reusable component and pattern definitions to support diverse use cases.
Identify inconsistencies in existing component usage and design.
Work collaboratively with teams to ensure alignment and adoption of components and patterns.
Work collaboratively with developers to implement and quality check components.
Craft component and pattern usage guidelines.
Enforce processes to guide the appropriate usage and upkeep of the design system.
Champion the value of the design system to internal stakeholders.
Continuously enhance and adapt the design system based on user feedback and industry trends.

7+ years as a designer.
Portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of product design, craftsmanship, and innovative solutions.
Strong UI design skills.
Proficiency in Figma.
Excellent methodical and critical thinking skills.
