Proven experience taking at least one product from 0-1, across a new product, market, or startup.
A portfolio of high-fidelity, shipped work that moved measurable outcomes.
Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and feasibility while framing ambiguous problems.
Bias for action with a preference for shipping and learning over polishing in isolation.
Systems and AI fluency, including prototyping with AI and coaching peers.
Strategic influence skills to mentor designers and align partners with differing priorities.
