About the role
- The Sales Strategy team works directly with Databricks’ Sales Leadership team to accelerate growth and empower stakeholders with data-driven insights.
- The Strategy & Execution Manager serves as the business partner for the SEMEA (Southern Europe & Middle East) leadership team under the EMEA Business Unit.
- This position conducts in-depth analyses, builds scalable tools, and owns operational cadences while participating in EMEA- and global-level initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Directly serve as the Strategy partner for the VP SEMEA & their leadership team
- Act as the champion and challenger of the SEMEA leadership team
- Independently own analysis with large datasets to gather insights & guide investment and growth
- Own all reporting, forecasting, territory planning, and quota/productivity modelling
- Work cross-functionally and globally with internal stakeholders, identify optimisation opportunities, and resolve business and data challenges
Requirements
- Strong experience in sales strategy, management consulting, and/or business development
- Strong Analytical/tools skills required, e.g. Spreadsheet/Excel, Salesforce, SQL
- Proficiency in one or several AI tools (e.g. Genie, Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT)
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Have a “get it done” attitude and want to build something that lasts
- Excel in a collaborative environment and have a high degree of honesty, integrity and sound judgment
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical and fluent in working with large datasets
- Excellent spoken and written communication & presentation skills
