The League Operations Lead is accountable for the overall operational success of an assigned baseball league or operational pillar, ensuring live operations are delivered safely, consistently, and at the highest quality.
Acting as the operational owner for the league, this role provides collaboration across Operations, Technical Operations, Product, Engineering, Field Service, and partner teams to drive alignment, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Manage end-to-end performance, hardware readiness, and execution across assigned leagues or pillars.
Track operational metrics, analyze incident trends, and partner with Tech Ops to drive continuous process improvements.
Connect Product, Engineering, Field Service, and Operations to ensure successful technology rollouts and seasonal preparation.
Lead post-incident reviews, oversee live operational issue resolution, and escalate strategic risks to leadership.
Serve as the main point of contact for league partners, delivering clear operational reporting and status updates.
Mentor Coordinators and Supervisors, address skill gaps, and optimize staffing to ensure high service quality.

Demonstrated experience leading complex live operations within sports technology, broadcast, or other mission-critical operational environments.
Strong operational leadership with experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities.
Working knowledge of live capture systems, hardware deployments, operational infrastructure, and technical support workflows.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across technical and operational teams.
Proven ability to make informed operational decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
