Responsibilities

- Spots common patterns like missing information on applications and shares them with the team
- Partners and problem-solves with senior team members on trickier or unusual cases
Requirements
- Some experience reviewing applications, or a background in retail, partner operations, or customer service
- Strong judgment to apply clear guidelines consistently and know when a case is worth a second opinion
- Clear and friendly written communication
Preferred qualifications
- Already know Wizards games or the tabletop gaming community
- Worked in tools like Salesforce or Smartsheet
