Ethos is looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager to join our fast-growing Direct-to-Consumer business.
You’ll help drive growth initiatives across an expanding product portfolio, multiple channels, and the full customer lifecycle, working side by side with marketing, product, and sales leaders.
Your job is to lead defined cross-functional projects that help scale revenue growth, and to take real ownership of the results.

Own and drive defined growth projects from concept to completion, working closely with functional leaders.
Lead cross-functional projects that span Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships, keeping stakeholders aligned and execution moving.
Support the identification and prioritization of growth opportunities across our expanding product portfolio, the customer lifecycle, and multiple channels.
Dig into funnel, cohort, channel, and retention data to understand what’s driving results and where the biggest opportunities are.
Build business cases and model unit economics to support go/no-go recommendations on new opportunities.
Develop a working understanding of how our products, channels, and teams interact, and use it to help teams focus on the highest-impact work.
Partner with teams across the org to identify and pilot AI use cases that improve decision-making, output quality, and efficiency, and share what works with others.

4-6+ years of total experience, ideally 2+ years in management consulting or investment banking, followed by 2+ years in Strategy & Operations, Growth, or a similar role at a high-growth, venture-backed company.
Analytical and relentless, with comfort building models from scratch in Excel and SQL (or similar tools) and breaking ambiguous problems into clear frameworks.
Cross-functional collaborator and communicator who builds trust quickly and moves projects forward without formal authority.
Fast-moving operator who owns projects, gets hands dirty, and can point to initiatives driven end-to-end.
Curious about AI and actively experiments with AI tools at work or in personal life.
