About the role
- The RevOps Systems Architect will build and maintain a modern, AI-powered revenue operations stack at ElevenLabs.
- This role functions as both a Salesforce administrator and a backend developer, focusing on intelligent automations and CRM integrations.
- The architect will work closely with the engineering team to scope and ship complex technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer the Salesforce org, including object model, data architecture, user configuration, and platform health.
- Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flows, Apex, and custom services.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce MCP servers and AI tooling to extend CRM functionality.
- Design and maintain SQL-based data pipelines for dashboards and revenue reporting.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clean technical scope and implemented solutions.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience with deep familiarity across the object model, Flows, data loading tools, and platform configuration.
- Strong Apex development skills to build, debug, and maintain custom logic, triggers, and integrations.
- SQL proficiency, including complex joins, aggregations, and pipeline logic.
- Systems mindset with the ability to trace data fields through downstream dependencies.
- Interest in building AI-native systems and the intersection of Salesforce, MCP, and AI agents.
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with dbt or modern data transformation tooling.
- Experience with BI tools such as Sigma or Looker.
