About the role
- We are looking for a recruiter to partner with our revenue org, running full-cycle recruiting across high-visibility roles and working with leaders across the GTM org to hire world-class talent.
- This isn't a conventional recruiting role, requiring you to work alongside executives to shape role strategy, design a high-touch candidate experience, leverage AI to improve recruiting operations, and close exceptional talent for a fast-growing commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM functions, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships/BD.
- Partnering with GTM leadership to refine role requirements, set hiring strategy, and identify the signals that raise quality of hire.
- Sourcing proactively, well beyond inbound, across healthcare technology, healthcare services, and B2B SaaS.
- Designing and managing candidate pipelines with a focus on efficiency, transparency, and a white-glove experience.
- Using AI to improve recruiting processes, such as sourcing, outreach, collecting feedback, and pipeline reporting, and sharing what works with the Talent team.
- Advising hiring teams with market insights, role benchmarks, and Ashby data, and building the rubrics, scorecards, and debrief practices that keep quality high.
- Representing Tennr externally by treating every candidate interaction as a chance to show brand and values.
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on Sales and GTM roles
- 1 to 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting at a high-growth startup, with a strong record closing customer-facing roles
- Ability to manage high-volume, complex searches across multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or urgency
- Strong partnership with hiring leaders: you influence with clarity, data, and operational rigor
- Exceptional communicator who writes compelling role narratives and delivers a high-touch experience to candidates and stakeholders
