- Animoca Brands is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month contract to manage full-cycle recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for specialized contract and permanent positions.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Web3 networks, tech communities, and direct headhunting to build candidate pipelines.
- Act as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and business leads.
- Provide market insights, talent mapping, and interview guidance to stakeholders.
- Deliver a high-touch, engaging experience for candidates from outreach through offer negotiation.
- Maintain recruitment data accuracy in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist with ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years of agency or in-house recruiting experience.
- Experience within tech, gaming, Web3, fintech, or high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of sourcing passive candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
- Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Genuine curiosity or passion for Web3, NFTs, gaming, and decentralized technology.
Preferred qualifications
- Additional language skills such as Cantonese or Mandarin.
