About the role
- As a Technical Product Analyst, you will work at the intersection of Product, Data, AI, and Business Operations to help build, improve, and scale ION products used by Tier 1 banks, Fortune 100 global corporations and other leading enterprises worldwide.
- You will transform data into insights, customer challenges into product opportunities, and ideas into measurable business outcomes.
- Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, customers, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to product innovation, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Analyze product, customer, and business data to identify trends, root causes, risks, and opportunities.
- Define, track, and measure key product and business metrics.
- Build dashboards, reports, and scalable analytics solutions that support data-driven decision making.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations for Product, Engineering, and business teams.
- Support the development and maintenance of reliable data assets, pipelines, and reporting capabilities.
- Assist in building and validating predictive models to support business and product objectives.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, automation, and process optimization.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, validate product ideas, and measure outcomes.
