About the role
- Cloudflare is seeking a Technical Product Marketing Manager to join the Cloudflare One team, focusing on SASE and Zero Trust platforms.
- This role involves developing messaging and campaigns for IT and AI security products while collaborating with sales, product management, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop messaging and content that drives awareness, evaluation, and adoption of IT and AI security products
- Leverage AI to conduct research, build content, and automate tasks
- Own go-to-market activities for key cloud security products
- Acquire deep customer knowledge through market research, customer interviews, and segmentation analysis
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand
- Partner with product management to serve as the voice of the product
- Create internal and external content to enable the sales team
- Partner with the analyst relations team to establish Cloudflare as a security leader
- Successfully launch new services to customers and partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in content or product marketing
- Experience in an IT or security-focused role
- Aptitude for written and verbal communication, especially to technical audiences
- Ability to understand complex security-related trends and their applicability to the portfolio
- Experience with building AI harnesses and automating aspects of the role
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels
- Ability to manage ambiguity and navigate unforeseen obstacles
- Deep curiosity, listening skills, and empathy
