Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles throughout the contract duration.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with hiring managers and leaders to design and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Support hiring teams from recruitment kickoff meetings through offer formulation, negotiation, and close.
Champion inclusive hiring practices with urgency and precision.
Leverage strategic sourcing methodologies to build and cultivate high-quality candidate pipelines.

4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house within enterprise software, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Proven hands-on experience with strategic sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SeekOut.
Demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to drive searches.
Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools to enhance workflows.
Ability to work on-site at the Santa Clara, CA headquarters Tuesday through Thursday.

Proven track record of leveraging AI-powered sourcing tools, talent intelligence platforms, or automated workflows.
Prior experience recruiting for software engineering, distributed systems, AI/ML, data science, or security research domains.
Proven track record of applying structured, inclusive hiring practices and building diverse talent pipelines.
Versatility and comfort operating in both fast-scaling high-growth environments and established enterprise organizations.
