Filevine is seeking a Technical Recruiter to partner with and scale their R&D organization across Software Engineering, Reliability/SRE, QA, and Product Management.
The role involves owning the full-cycle recruiting process to accelerate the company's product roadmap by sourcing, engaging, and hiring technical professionals.

Own the recruiting lifecycle for technical roles across Engineering and Product from kick-off to offer acceptance.
Build qualified, diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and creative sourcing strategies.
Collaborate with engineering managers and leaders to define role requirements and establish hiring timelines.
Conduct initial technical screenings to evaluate candidate backgrounds and domain fit.
Drive a smooth candidate journey by maintaining clear communication and fast feedback loops.
Maintain the ATS (Lever) to ensure data accuracy.
Work with hiring managers and HR to structure competitive offers and navigate closing conversations.

3–5 years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced SaaS, technology, or high-growth environment.
Solid technical understanding of programming languages, frameworks, and modern engineering team structures.
Proven ability to proactively source, engage, and convert prospective candidates.
Strong stakeholder communication skills to build trust with hiring managers.
Ability to manage multiple active requisitions concurrently.
Hands-on experience using Lever ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
