About the role
- Formlabs is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join their Berlin-based team to sell professional 3D printing technology.
- This role focuses on identifying sales leads, consulting with customers to solve real-world problems, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer demand to consult and sell additive manufacturing technology using a solution-oriented approach.
- Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensure a positive customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential.
- Coordinate regular touch points with customers to align results with sales growth.
- Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events.
- Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop sales ideas.
- Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through hands-on training.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
- C1 or better fluency in Italian and English.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers via phone, video, and email.
- Ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.
- Naturally curious and passionate about technology.
- Relationship builder who is customer-focused and results-oriented.
