About the role
- Capco is seeking an experienced Test Lead to support a large-scale transformation program within the banking sector.
- The role involves defining and developing test scopes, scenarios, and designs for Bank Readiness Tests while collaborating with business architects and delivery management.
- The successful candidate will operate in a complex multi-platform and multi-application environment with international teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and develop scope, approach, scenarios, and test designs for Bank Readiness Tests.
- Collaborate with Business Architects and Delivery Management to translate business processes and migration goals into end-to-end test scenarios.
- Establish a structured approach for test design, preparation, execution, and reporting across multiple platforms.
- Ensure coverage of end-to-end banking processes, including dependencies and integration points.
- Moderate workshops with stakeholders from business, technology, testing, and delivery.
- Coordinate test activities across international and cross-functional teams.
- Identify test dependencies, risks, gaps, and test environment requirements.
- Define requirements for multi-platform and multi-application test environments.
- Support planning and execution of tests related to bank migrations, integrations, or PMI activities.
- Provide senior-level testing expertise and consulting throughout the transformation cycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in large-scale transformation programs in banking or financial services consulting.
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end banking processes.
- Practical experience in at least two of the following: Core Banking, Payments, Lending, or Finance.
- Methodological expertise in test strategy, test design, test planning, and test execution.
- Proven experience in complex multi-platform and multi-application test environments.
- Experience in defining and coordinating end-to-end test scenarios across multiple domains.
- Experience with bank migrations and/or Post-Merger-Integration (PMI) programs.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international and distributed teams.
- Excellent moderation and workshop management skills.
- Negotiation-proof German and English language skills.
