The Total Rewards Specialist will own the analytics and frameworks for compensation ranges, review cycle models, market benchmarking, and pay gap analysis.
This role is responsible for managing benefits programs across international hubs and ensuring compensation practices are data-driven and transparent.

Build and maintain compensation analytics and reporting for leadership and HRBPs.
Maintain and extend compensation ranges across hubs, including new locations and cooperation models.
Run the mechanics of compensation review cycles including matrices, budget models, and scenario costing.
Execute end-to-end market benchmarking from data submission to final recommendations.
Support EU Pay Transparency rollout through pay gap analysis and action planning.
Contribute to job architecture, job evaluation, and levelling.
Design and administer bonus schemes with documented, defensible rules.
Manage end-to-end benefits renewals including benchmarking, vendor negotiation, and contracts.
Own the benefits budget and track effectiveness.
Use AI and automation to streamline recurring analytics and processes.

Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits roles with deep understanding of frameworks and benefits management.
Demonstrated expertise in implementing compensation and benefits practices for international markets.
Strong ability to collect, validate, analyze, and interpret data to make data-driven decisions.
Experience in conducting market research and benchmarking.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Presentations.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
