About the role
- Formlabs is seeking a reliable, hands-on 3D Print Production Associate for the 2nd shift (3pm - 11:30pm, Monday through Friday) at their Billerica facility.
- In this role, you will work on a production floor running machines, finishing printed parts, checking quality, and preparing products for shipment.
- No prior 3D printing experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate 3D printers and other production equipment
- Clean, finish, inspect, and package printed parts
- Follow quality standards and safety procedures
- Stay organized and keep your work area clean
- Work with teammates and communicate clearly with supervisors
- Help meet daily production goals
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and efficiently after training
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in where needed
- Ability to stand, walk, and work on the production floor for extended periods
- Lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds as needed
