About the role

- You will lead the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, managing a mix of established customers and new logos.
Responsibilities
- Own a focused portfolio of enterprise banking and insurance accounts and run each one like a business, with clear multi-year account plans.
- Grow existing Everpure customers by uncovering new projects, teams and use cases, and win new logos in whitespace accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle and direct pursuit teams of sales engineers, partner managers and specialists.
- Build trusted relationships up to the C-suite, framing conversations around business outcomes, ROI, risk and regulatory compliance rather than products.
- Become an expert in Financial Services: learn how your customers make money, what their leadership and regulators worry about, and speak their language.
- Navigate complex buying processes, including procurement, risk, compliance and outsourcing requirements typical of regulated institutions.
- Work with channel partners, system integrators and banking IT service providers to widen your reach and co-sell into your accounts.
- Build a strong pipeline, forecast accurately and consistently exceed your targets.
Requirements
- A track record of exceeding quota selling to large enterprise accounts, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity or infrastructure.
- Experience selling business value: you diagnose customer problems and turn them into outcomes the business cares about.
- Strong account planning, prospecting and stakeholder skills, from IT leaders to the board.
- Experience co-selling with channel partners in a direct and indirect sales model.
- An interest in data, cloud and AI.
- An owner’s mindset: you’re coachable, seek out feedback and get things done.
- Fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel to customers across Germany.
