Responsibilities
- Support project workflow efficiency and process organization.
- Monitor activities and manage KPI indicator dashboards.
- Prioritize demands and support routine tracking activities such as meetings, status updates, and workflows.
- Identify process bottlenecks to improve team fluidity and productivity.
- Report to the Integration and Compliance leadership.
- Draft minutes for management meetings.
- Update action plans resulting from contract monitoring meetings.
- Address scope deviations or performance indicator issues.
- Generate reports and integrate data into BI, AI, and presentations.
Requirements
- Higher education degree (Nível superior).
- Experience in planning within the project area in an industrial setting.
