About the role
- Anthropic is seeking its first Singapore-based Recruiting Coordinator to deliver a high-touch interview experience for candidates across the APAC region.
- The role involves managing end-to-end hiring logistics, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and helping to shape coordination processes in a growing region.
- This position operates within a follow-the-sun model, requiring collaboration across multiple time zones and the use of AI tools in daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Schedule a high volume of APAC interview loops across multiple time zones, languages, and stakeholder calendars.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding logistics with a warm and culturally aware tone.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to flag capacity risks, local holidays, and market norms.
- Maintain accuracy in Greenhouse for job setup, interview plans, and scheduling tool configurations.
- Provide coverage within a follow-the-sun model with clean handoffs between regions.
- Support regional hiring operations including new locations, entity changes, offer logistics, and onboarding.
- Improve processes and document effective workflows.
- Independently scope and lead projects from problem to solution.
- Utilize AI tools as a core part of the daily workflow.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or high-volume scheduling.
- Experience coordinating across time zones and markets with an understanding of local APAC business norms.
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system such as Greenhouse.
- Hands-on experience with a scheduling tool such as ModernLoop or GoodTime.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Comfort creating structure in ambiguous environments.
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools.
- Fluency in English (native or business-level).
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Fluency in additional APAC languages such as Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin.

- Location-based hybrid policy requires staff to be in the office at least 25% of the time.
