Build and deploy AI workflows for drafting, playbook-based review, regulatory research, and regulator correspondence.
Select, integrate, and manage legal technology tools in partnership with IT and Security.
Own the rollout, adoption, and training of new legal AI tools and workflows.
Establish standards for evaluation, confidentiality, access controls, and human review.

2–5 years of relevant experience in engineering, automation, or technical operations.
Demonstrated delivery of AI-enabled workflows.
Experience shipping AI or automation into a legal or adjacent function.
Hands-on technical ability to configure platforms, work with APIs, and perform light scripting.
Understanding of legal workflows, including where AI adds value versus where human review is required.
Ability to communicate effectively, listen to users, and deliver projects in complex environments.

Experience in fintech, crypto, financial services, or another regulated environment.
Law degree.
