About the role
- Capco is seeking a Business Analyst for Business Banking to work on digital transformation engagements and change delivery programs within banking or financial services.
Responsibilities
- Identify, document, and manage change requirements across the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure buy-in and engagement
Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in Digital Transformation engagements
- Experience working on change delivery programs within banking or financial services
- Ability to identify, document, and manage change requirements across the delivery lifecycle
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end change lifecycle, from initiation through implementation
- Good understanding of the financial services industry, preferably in SME or business banking contexts
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate requirements and influence stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and engagement
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a pragmatic and practical approach to delivery
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial banking
