Welcome members and provide quality service.
Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information.
Exceed daily goals in lending and servicing activities.
Engage in outreach efforts more than 50% of the time at store locations, partner sites, and community events.
Build relationships with local businesses to promote services.
Assist potential members with applications using iPads or QR codes.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
Participate in community outreach and marketing events by distributing flyers.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible, rotating work schedule.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment like phones, scanners, and iPads.
Ability to organize and file paper documents.

Must be able to travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commute.
