The Member Loyalty Representative is a full-time role focused on creating a rewarding member service experience through in-store support and community outreach. Representatives educate potential members on financial services and engage in sales activities to help the community build a better financial future.

Welcome members and provide quality service.
Process transactions while following company policies and protecting member information.
Work independently or as a team to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
Engage in outreach activities more than 50% of the time at store locations, partner sites, and community events.
Build relationships with local business owners and employees to promote services.
Capture leads and assist potential members with starting applications.
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, sweeping, and mopping.
Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
Act as a role model for company core values.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible, rotating work schedule.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment like phones, scanners, and iPads.
Ability to organize and file paper documents.
Customer service, cashier, sales, or hospitality experience.
