Welcome members and provide quality service while processing transactions.
Engage in outreach activities more than 50% of the time at retail and community locations.
Build relationships with local business owners and employees to promote services.
Capture leads and assist potential members with starting applications using iPads or QR codes.
Support marketing events by distributing flyers and educating the community.
Perform light housekeeping duties including sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning.
Use computers for administrative tasks and member servicing.
Travel between designated work locations and outreach sites within a reasonable commute.
Maintain store operations while working alone or with coworkers.
Adhere to company policies and protect member information.

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible, rotating schedule.
Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round for outreach activities.
Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment like phones, scanners, and iPads.
Ability to organize and file paper documents.
Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

Must be able to travel between designated work locations within a reasonable commuting distance.
