About the role
- The Business Systems Security Analyst will provide visibility, governance, and risk understanding for Wrike's business systems estate.
- The role involves managing security for SaaS tools including Salesforce, Marketo, and Salesloft, while partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure secure configurations and data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own security for business systems SaaS tools including permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, OAuth scopes, and integrations.
- Build and maintain visibility into data residency, purpose, and flow between integrated tools.
- Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Legal to embed security into platform configurations and third-party connections.
- Translate security and business-continuity issues into actionable terms for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure business systems handling personal data comply with privacy frameworks like GDPR and CCPA.
- Investigate data-flow and permission questions to reach definitive conclusions.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration experience with a focus on security, including permissions, sharing rules, connected apps, and integration patterns.
- Understanding of business system interconnections and their impact on data exposure and business continuity.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Working knowledge of privacy frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA.
