About the role
- The Case Management Associate II facilitates a seamless client experience throughout the life insurance underwriting process. This role involves managing an individual caseload from initial application submission through to policy placement.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage an individual caseload of in-process life insurance applications
- Create and send applications to clients
- Request and obtain underwriting requirements from clients
- Review underwriting decisions to determine if better options exist for customers
- Master carrier workflows, application processes, and underwriting systems
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects with sales, customer service, customer success, and quality assurance teams
- Organize and prioritize workload to ensure timely processing, issuance, and placement of cases
Requirements
- Willingness to obtain a life insurance license
- 1+ years of work experience in life insurance case management
- Customer-centered mindset
