The Chief of Staff to the CTO & Co-Founder will bridge strategy and execution by aligning cross-functional technical teams and driving operational cadence.
This role involves managing critical board and investor deliverables, supporting M&A initiatives, and acting as a representative of the CTO in communications with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Manage specific programs within corporate objectives, including metric reporting and insights with CEO and Board level visibility.
Manage the collection and reporting of key objectives to drive alignment and transparency.
Drive corporate communication cadence of weekly, monthly, quarterly, half, and annual highlights.
Drive cross-functional preparation for senior leadership meetings, including agenda and material management.
Set up and manage a regular cadence for the CTO to conduct customer and partner calls, including follow-up on action items.
Manage organization, communication, and program flow related to Mergers & Acquisitions.
Facilitate CTO outreach via round table sessions and skip-level 1:1s, capturing employee sentiment and action items.
Liaise with program management across the organization on cross-functional objectives.

Demonstrated experience in pairing with a C-level executive or founder in driving initiatives.
Ability to assess an unknown environment and develop plans to improve operational rigor, communication, and accountability.
