Convoso is looking for a Configuration Specialist to work directly with the Implementation Manager on customer business discovery, onboarding, account build and configuration, and system optimization.
The role involves spearheading the account build and setup during the implementation lifecycle to drive successful product launch and adoption.
This position requires managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a dynamic environment with a steep learning curve.

Spearhead the account build and setup during the implementation lifecycle and be responsible for the customer's account configuration and success during onboarding.
Provide recommendations and best practices during the project lifecycle and act as the subject matter expert.
Analyze configuration issues and develop appropriate resolutions and action items.
Provide support to Implementation Management in conducting configuration meetings and maintaining project schedules.
Work directly with Implementation Management and customers to identify needs and resolve software configuration problems.

Proficient knowledge of the Convoso platform (or similar dialer software)
Resourcefulness to gather data, test outcomes and build solutions to meet client's requirements and expectations
Proficiency in Google, Salesforce, Vitally (or other project management tools) as well as familiarity with Zendesk and Jira
Minimum 2 years of experience in Professional Services, Project Management, Customer Success, or Customer Support disciplines within similar SaaS Product
