Intro
This role is intended to help grow and engage the creator community by developing market specific programs, campaigns, and communications that to engage and activate scaled creators in the Pinterest ecosystem across India and Southeast Asia

The Content Growth Specialist will develop market-specific programs, campaigns, and communications to engage and activate creators in India and Southeast Asia.
This 6-month fixed-term role focuses on growing and retaining the creator community within the Pinterest ecosystem.

Support growth markets in India and Southeast Asia to acquire and retain creators.
Work cross-functionally with strategic partner managers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
Develop plans to engage and activate scaled creators via email, push notifications, and other channels.
Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers.
Manage end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges to incentivize creators.
Manage the communications calendar across scaled channels.
Define, track, and analyze success metrics for regional programs.

Minimum 5+ years of experience.
Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC.
Strong SQL query writing skills.
Strong project management, execution, data collection, and analysis skills.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in day-to-day workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, a related field, or equivalent experience.
