The Deployed Architect will join the Professional Services team to design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and agent systems for enterprise customers. This role bridges software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing consulting to solve complex business problems using LangChain's platform.

Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, networking, and security.
Implement enterprise integration patterns and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm.
Develop multi-region HA/DR strategies and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
Design multi-agent systems using patterns and implement logic with LangChain and LangGraph.
Create comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts via A/B testing.
Lead technical maturity assessments for enterprise clients.
Partner with Engagement Managers and internal Product/Engineering teams to guide deployment and operations.
Present technical recommendations to enterprise customers based on requirements.

7+ years of experience in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Forward Deployed Engineer.
3+ years of experience designing and deploying production infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
Strong Kubernetes experience including cluster design, autoscaling, and multi-zone deployments.
Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools including Terraform and Helm.
Knowledge of database systems including HA, replication, backup strategies, and sizing.
Understanding of networking, security (SSO/RBAC, TLS, secrets management), and observability tools.
1+ years of experience building production AI/ML applications or agents.
Strong experience with LLM frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
Strong Python and/or TypeScript development skills.
Experience conducting technical assessments or infrastructure audits.
