Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams.
Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows.
Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the APAC market.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success.

2+ years of experience in financial services, SaaS, consulting, or a related client-facing role.
Proven success in solution delivery, implementation, or client onboarding within wealth management, fintech, or data-intensive environments.
Familiarity with investment data, reporting, and portfolio workflows.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.
Comfortable collaborating across global teams and managing projects remotely.
Process-oriented with an eye toward continuous improvement.
Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client onsites.
Valid authorization to work in Singapore.
