About the role
- The Embroidery Digitizer will be a crucial member of the operations team supporting Fresh Prints' vendors in the US.
- This role involves digitizing embroidery files, managing quality, and acting as a primary point of contact for order-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Digitize embroidery files and provide .DST files timely for all embroidery orders.
- Answer embroidery-related and logistical questions from internal teams.
- Provide real-time feedback to other teams and contribute to improving employee performance.
- Optimize documentation around custom embroidery by authoring articles and Excel sheets.
- Take ownership over projects that add value to the company.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in the computerized embroidery industry.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Embroidery Digitizing Software.
- Great email writing skills.
- English fluency.
- Strong critical thinking.
- Fantastic problem-solving skills.
- Positive approach.
- Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- $400 base salary per month
- $80 night shift allowance per month

Workplace

- Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST or 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM Pakistan Time.
