About the role
- The EMEA Institutional Client Relations team is seeking to hire an exceptional Analyst to work in the London office.
- The successful candidate will be a member of the fundraising support and investor relations team for KKR’s EMEA based institutional and family capital clients.
- The candidate will have an opportunity to develop both client relationships and product expertise in a variety of different asset classes.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Relationship Managers to provide effective and efficient client coverage
- Manage a variety of reporting requirements for investors
- Support Relationship Managers in fundraising activities
- Partner with clients to help with KYC and investment onboarding
- Collaborate with various internal divisions globally to answer client requests
- Provide ongoing servicing of existing clients including delivering investment updates in meetings
- Participate in regular involvement in event coordination, team budgeting and business planning
Requirements
- Team-player, with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute wherever necessary
- Proven ability to manage multiple demands and projects in a fast-paced work environment, including the ability to prioritize time efficiently and handle heavy workloads whilst maintaining attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools, with the ability to use generative AI effectively and responsibly to support research, data analysis, content development and workflow efficiency
- Quick learner with clear intellectual curiosity and self-motivation
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to read information/situations from varying perspectives and tailor messages to suit different audiences
- Meticulous organization skills with an emphasis on attention to detail
- Technical and aesthetic mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
- Maturity, presence, sound judgment, and ability to form and express opinions effectively to cross-divisional teams including senior management
- Strong relationship development skills across a wide range of global stakeholders
Preferred qualifications
- Additional language fluencies, particularly German or French, a plus
