About the role
- The Corporate Program Manager, Founder Initiatives, works directly with the CEO, Co-founders, and Executive Team to align, action, and measure key organizational initiatives.
- This role functions similarly to a Chief of Staff, requiring direct engagement with board members and internal stakeholders while acting as a representative of the CEO.
Responsibilities
- Manage specific programs within corporate objectives, including key metric reporting and cross-functional initiatives with CEO-level visibility.
- Manage the company roll-up and reporting of key objectives to drive alignment and transparency.
- Drive the corporate communication cadence of weekly, monthly, quarterly, half, and annual highlights, including content curation and drafting.
- Program lead the monthly extended leadership team Ops Review, including agenda setting and follow-up management.
- Manage a regular cadence for the CEO to conduct customer and partner calls, capturing and following up on action items.
- Facilitate ongoing CEO outreach to employees through virtual coffee, round table sessions, and skip-level 1:1s.
- Drive cross-functional preparation for Board meetings, managing the agenda and materials.
Requirements
- Exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills.
- Executive-level presentation creation and delivery skills.
- Demonstrated expertise executing on diligent follow-up and communication at senior levels.
- Track record of successfully coordinating multiple cross-departmental efforts.
- Ability to manage scope, risk, and uncertainty.
- Demonstrated ability to streamline operational processes for consistency and efficiency.
- Proactive approach to spotting potential issues and solving problems.
- Ability to thrive in the pace and culture of a fast-moving SaaS business.
- Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
