As a GTM Strategy & Operations Manager, you will shape and execute strategic initiatives that improve business performance within our International and MCS Sales and Account Management teams.
You will translate business priorities into actionable plans, develop rigorous analysis and recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and cross-functional partners.

Serve as a strategic operations business partner to business leaders, supporting a large and complex organization.
Translate complex data and business problems into clear priorities, recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
Build alignment with senior stakeholders and ensure initiatives move from planning through execution.
Develop comprehensive project plans and lead large, cross-functional initiatives from scoping through execution, coordinating stakeholders across Sales, Systems, Business Intelligence, Finance, Marketing, and other partners.
Analyze business performance, pipeline, capacity, and broader trends to surface opportunities and risks.
Improve processes, reporting, planning mechanisms, and decision-making frameworks.

Experience in business strategy, sales strategy, sales operations, business operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical function.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex data into practical recommendations.
Demonstrated success leading projects with broad scope from planning through execution.
Ability to build consensus across teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and Salesforce.
Proficiency with AI tools, including LLMs, agents, Apps Script, and workflow automation tools, to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Strong ownership, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
