About the role
- We are seeking a charismatic Guest Service Agent to be the first face our members see when they walk through the Soho House doors.
- You'll have experience within a similar role, be comfortable with booking systems and email, as well as being a fantastic communicator both over the phone and face to face.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every member by name and guest is with open arms and in a hospitable manner
- Proceed with check-ins and check-outs for the rooms/apartments of the House
- Support and assist with answering high-volume phone lines and calls for restaurant, roof and cinema reservations, general inquiries, and deliveries, messages for members and from employees; among other inquiries
- Speak to standard Q&A regarding menus, hours of operation and amenity availability/pricing and comfortable reaching out for support to ensure all inquires are addressed and in a timely matter
- In real-time ensure any guest related concerns are addressed and action items have been set and a manager is notified
- Build relationships with members and guests and communicate and red flags and positive feedback to management to assess
- Influence a fun and positive atmosphere by being approachable and professional
- Administrative tasks (i.e. properly keeping all paperwork logged and filed)
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
